Bob has helped me to sell two properties and to purchase one. I like working with him because he is knowledgeable and clearly communicates our options without ever pressuring us to choose one option over another. When buying a home, he did not show me houses above my price range but respected my budget as well as my time. In both buying and selling, he was very accommodating of my timeline. Bob has great professional connections and can point you to a good decorator, lawyer, inspector, lender, or any professional you may need in the process of buying or selling a home. He is honest, transparent, and professional, and I highly recommend him.

I bought my first house ten years ago with Bob, so when I started looking again for a new home that better fit my needs, I had no doubt with whom to turn.
