• Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K – Broad St. to Franklin St., Richmond, VA
  This is a very special year for the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K, because it's the 25th anniversary of the first running of the race. From humble beginnings, this race has grown into one of the largest in the country, with the 2023 edition being the 14th biggest race of its type in the United States. The tree-lined course starts near the intersection of Broad and Goshen Streets before winding its way to the finish. The race takes place on April 20, 2024, with pre-registration open in advance. 

• Tina: The Tina Turner Musical – 6 North Laurel Street, Richmond, VA 23220
  An electrifying show that's earned rave reviews on Broadway and at theaters around the world, Tina: The Tina Turner Musical comes to the Altria Theater as part of the 2023-2024 Broadway in Richmond series. With 5 shows April 2-6, 2024 including a special matinee on Saturday afternoon, you won't want to miss the chance to see and hear the inspiring story of the Queen of Rock n' roll in person.

• The Appomattox River Wine Festival – 1604 Fine Street, Prince George, Virginia 23875
